• What should I do at the death of a loved one?
• If death occurs in the home you should contact your loved one's doctor.  If death occurs in a hospital or rest home the nursing staff will contact the doctor concerned.  If the death is an unexplainable death, this is usually a matter that is referred to the coroner and the police will be involved in this process.  If you require our help at any time to speak to any of these persons or when your loved one is transferred into our care please contact us on (02) 4625 0095 or 0420 692 757 and we will guide you through this process (24 hours/7 days a week). 
• What options do I have for funeral services?
• This is a decision that you will need to make based on the wishes of your loved one and your family.  We can help and guide you through this and provide you with the options available, whether burial, cremation, memorial services only or repatriation overseas; whether public or private, whether cultural, religious or non-religious we can discuss this with you in the privacy or your home or at our office.
• Can I take my loved one back to my homeland?
• Yes on condition of acceptance from each countries' border control. We will need to prepare the necessary documentation and your loved one is prepared for the process of returning to your homeland.  We can guide you through this and keep you informed at various stages of the process.
